Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance Department in a dynamic and profitable manner based on the company's core values.
- Manage the Corporate Quality Program, including policies, standards, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Direct and maintain company Q review process.
- Responsible for issuing and maintaining guide specifications.
- Maintain Supplier Surveillance records and Construction Quality Verification records.
- Achieve stated targets and standards for financial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, business, construction, procurement or related degree from an accredited program.
- 7 years of relevant consulting experience.
- Master Degree MBA Preferred.
- Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience having led and completed projects from business proposal through post-production support preferred.
- Demonstrated success as to budget, savings and/or profit margins in completed projects.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
