Banking Center Manager
As a proven leader with a track record of success, the Banking Center Manager will be responsible for individual business development goals and leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed performance targets.
The role requires occasional travel for training and team meetings, and willingness to travel periodically, to locations within market as needed.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Set expectations, goals, career development plans for branch staff, fostering a cohesive and inclusive environment in which team members work together to achieve all business goals.
- Generates portfolio growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities, coaching the team to deepen and strengthen relationships, while increasing client acquisition and retention.
- Create and execute an effective business plan that identifies market opportunities and challenges, engages their team and partners, and best utilizes bank resources to grow market share within their community.
- Provide employees timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback through weekly check-ins, huddle meetings, and coaching & observation sessions.
- Reviews and evaluates branch activity reports, including staffing, loan, and deposit growth, overdrafts, charge-offs, and audits to meet profit and performance objectives.
- Is a leader and center of influence within local community organizations and activities.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute an effective business plan.
- Proficient in creating and managing a sales team.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, including BSA.
- NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.
