- Must be a current high school teacher employed by a participating high school in Richland, Lexington, or Fairfield county to be eligible
Dual Enrollment Instructors teach high school and Midlands Technical College (MTC) courses at a participating high school. The MTC course, and by extension, the Instructor, are under the purview of MTC and the supervision of the appropriate MTC Department Chair.
Dual Enrollment Instructors are expected to comply with relevant MTC policies and procedures. Dual enrollment courses shall be equivalent to the pedagogical orientation of the MTC academic department and contain the same student learning outcomes, assessment and evaluation of student learning outcomes and instructional effectiveness.

This position is located on the Campuses of participating High Schools in Richland, Lexington, and Fairfield Counties.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
High school teaching experience. High school teachers at participating high schools who desire to teach MTC courses must be vetted by the MTC program.
