Under general supervision of the Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Program Coordinator II will communicate with students regarding academic requirements and academic programs. Ensure students are adhering to the College's guidelines and procedures to successfully enter and complete programs and courses of study.Serves as the Dual Enrollment high school liaison for service area high schools and career centers. Advise and communicate with students regarding academic requirements for proposed programs of study and courses to be taken. Assists students in registration each semester.Assists students with completing forms and documents; informs students of pertinent procedures and requirements.Develops comprehensive knowledge of academic curricula offered by the College.Interacts with students, staff, faculty, and general public members in various settings.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Employee must be willing to work varied hours including evenings and weekends if needed, routine travel to off-site locations, and moderate physical requirements.
