Job Responsibilities
The Facility Maintenance Technician IV assists with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, moving furniture or materials within the facility. Utilizes a work order system to log activities as required.

This position is located on the Airport Campus in the Operations department.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent and formal training or trade experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include experience performing complex maintenance and repair tasks in areas such as carpentry, masonry, electricity, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and boiler operation. Experience assisting with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and installation of fixtures within facilities, is also preferred. Familiarity with utilizing a work order system to log activities is a plus.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
