Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This roll involves assisting with administrative tasks, addressing homeowners concerns, and supporting the HOA management process.
Duties
- Address homeowner concerns, providing effective solutions with a problem-solving mindset.
Create, manage, and close work orders in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing board packets for and attending meetings as needed (primarily remote, some in-person throughout the year).
Understand HOA rules, regulations, and other important documentation. Record keeping of resident documents such as but not limited to, census forms, resolutions, etc.
Collaborate with the Property Manager on day-to-day administrative needs.
- Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Reside within 15 miles of the office (required).
Knowledge or experience with HOA management software, including TOPS/Enumerate (preferred).
Understanding of HOA processes, such as meeting minutes, rules/regulations, and board management (preferred).
- Fluency in Spanish (A ).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation (required).
