Key Responsibilities :
- 50%) Operate autonomously to develop and implement intervention strategies for emergencies. This includes performing invasive procedures such as pleural decompression, cricothyrotomy, endotracheal intubation, interosseous access, intravenous access, and conducting blood sugar analysis. Non-invasive techniques include vital sign interpretation and cardiac rhythm analysis.
- 25%) Assess patients during inter-hospital transfers, initiating evaluation and care as necessary with additional medical equipment to optimize patient treatment.
- 25%) Supervise the field medical management of rescue personnel, directing activities across various agencies including police and fire departments.

Education and Experience :
