Responsibilities
1. Agronomy & Field Analysis : Conduct soil and plant analysis to recommend appropriate fertilization and treatment strategies. Advise on best practices for irrigation, crop rotation, pest management, and monitor weather impacts on crop production.
2. Product Expertise & Innovation : Maintain in-depth knowledge of precision agriculture products and services, staying current with industry trends. Research and develop new agricultural techniques and technologies to improve efficiency, sustainability, and crop yields.
3. Customer Support & Collaboration : Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service and optimal equipment performance.
4. Training & Technical Support : Offer training to farmers and agricultural personnel on precision tools, sustainable practices, and innovative techniques, ensuring they are well-equipped to optimize their operations.
5. Client Consultation & Sales Development : Engage with farmers and agricultural businesses to assess their needs and offer tailored precision solutions. Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships.
Requirement
- Experience : 2 years in agronomy, crop management, agricultural consulting or related industry.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey technical information to work with farmers, agribusiness professionals, and research teams.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to improve agricultural practices.
- Customer-Focused : Dedication to exceeding client expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Organization : Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel : Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients within the local region.
