MidSouth Pain Treatment Center, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time Community Relations Liaison, to join our growing and established practice in Cordova, TN.
Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible.

The Community Relations Liaison will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase patient referrals and enhance the clinic's brand presence. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, building relationships with referral sources, and executing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our pain management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to increase patient referrals from healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Analyze market trends and patient demographics to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the clinic and its services.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and website content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with the clinic's leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing or sales, preferably within a pain management or medical specialty clinic.
- Strong understanding of referral-based marketing and experience in building relationships with healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for networking and promotional activities.
Our compensation package includes a base salary along with a bonus structure based on performance goals set by your manager. These goals are designed to align with both individual and organizational objectives, providing opportunities for additional earnings based on achieving specific targets and milestones.

MidSouth Pain Treatment Center (MPTC) was founded in 2000, with the goal of addressing the lack of treatment options for pain-related medical issues in rural areas. MPTC has become one of the largest practices in the Western Tennessee and Northern Mississippi region, with locations in Oxford, MS, Tupelo, MS, Jackson, TN, and Cordova, TN.
