Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our
team. This role is essential to maintaining our office’s day-to-day operations and
providing top-notch customer service. As the first point of contact for our company, you
will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and accurately
- Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, physical mail pick up and document
preparation
