Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, verify documentation, and ensure timely payments
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accounts payable reports and files
- Assist with monthly closings and payroll
- Support financial officers and branch personnel
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
