ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implements the Company Mission Statement.
* Inputs orders into company inventory system daily.
* Provides product and operations support with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom and warehouse.
* Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
* Composes and types routine correspondence.
* Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
* Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
* Serves as the primary liaison between the field and corporate office to ensure proper information flow.
* Works with sales force to compile and submit monthly reports as required.
* Participates in traditional and e-learning programs.
