Mid-sized Real Estate Law Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help out with day-to-day tasks for busy senior partner. Office is located in Midtown NY. Must be well organized, personable, and detailed-oriented. Team player who will be working closely with additional team members performing duties such as scheduling, answering phones, typing, greeting office visitors, heavy calendar management, entering time, preparing client bills, reviewing emails and phone messages and responding where necessary on behalf of partner.
Candidate must be punctual and dependable, well-spoken with professional communication skills and strong office skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office, Outlook and Excel is a MUST. Please do not apply if you have no experience with these programs. Bachelors Degree plus minimum of 4 years of experience in law firm required. In office full-time.
