The Woodlands, TX | On-Site | $60K–$65K | Full-Time

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Specialist who wants to work directly with owners and lives at the intersection of automation, problem-solving, and IT support . Someone who sees opportunities for optimization everywhere and has the technical know-how to bring those ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

Automate processes using low-code / no-code tools (Zapier, OpenAI, UiPath RPA, web automation) while you work closely with leadership and teams

Troubleshoot IT issues (hardware, network, and software), ensuring minimal downtime. You’ll mostly handle things remotely, but occasionally visit local sites (1–2 times per month) when hands-on work is needed

Integrate & optimize data sources to help teams work smarter

Collaborate directly with owners, partners, and a small IT team to turn business challenges into technical solutions

Work on-site in The Woodlands, TX, with occasional short-distance travel (1–2x per month)

60K–$65K (hourly pay)

Monday–Friday, 45 hours / week (occasional on-call support on nights and weekends)
