Job description

Anctil Heating and Cooling is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to build a commercial sales engine in the greater Portland area.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

· Engage with New Clients: Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential customers for our Commercial HVAC Planned Maintenance Programs.

· Nurture Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

· Learn and Grow: Gain knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and stay informed about industry trends with ongoing training and mentorship.

· Ask for the Sale: Practice your sales techniques in a supportive environment where asking for the sale multiple times is encouraged.

· Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets with guidance and support from your team.

· Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

· Develop Skills: Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through our structured development programs.

REQUIREMENTS

While previous experience in commercial HVAC sales, trades, or a related field is a plus, it is not required. Quick learners or recent college graduates with a background in sales or those eager to enter the commercial HVAC space are welcome to apply. This position requires the candidate to be based in the Portland area. Candidates must be comfortable working around industrial equipment and be able to climb up ladders, work on roofs to assess equipment, etc.
