Your Role as Service Department Manager
You’ll oversee and optimize our commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing service & installation operations. Your leadership will ensure efficiency, profitability, and top-notch customer satisfaction.
Lead & Develop a team of technicians, installers, dispatchers, and parts personnel
Manage Service Calls : Assign jobs based on skill set and location to maximize efficiency
Build Strong Client Relationships : Maintain high customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
Ensure Top-Quality Work : Oversee inspections, safety compliance, and best practices
Optimize Inventory & Costs : Keep operations efficient without cutting corners
Drive Business Success : Monitor budgets, job completion rates, and performance metrics
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends : Keep the department competitive with the latest technologies
What We’re Looking For
6-8 years of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and / or plumbing service / installation experience
4-6 years in a leadership or management role (Service Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
Proven ability to lead teams & manage multiple projects
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration & plumbing systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Texas Driver’s License & clean driving record
Preferred :
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering
Deep knowledge of local building codes for HVAC & plumbing
Proficiency in business applications & service management software
