Your Mission:
As the Training & Development Manager, you will design and execute engaging learning programs that align with business objectives, ensuring employees have the skills and tools needed to thrive. You’ll work closely with leadership and frontline teams to foster a high-performance culture that fuels growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Lead Training Programs: Create impactful learning experiences across onboarding, leadership development, technical skills, and compliance training.
- Shape Career Growth: Design and implement a career framework, define clear career paths, and create skills checklists to drive internal mobility.
- Innovate Learning Strategies: Utilize e-learning, workshops, mentoring, and hands-on training to enhance skill development.
- Launch Leadership 360 Assessments: Identify tools, manage participant engagement, and implement feedback mechanisms.
- Measure & Improve: Track training effectiveness, analyze results, and optimize programs for continuous improvement.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Ensure training aligns with industry standards, legal requirements, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 5 years in training, learning & development, or talent management.
- Certifications (preferred): CPTM, ATD, SHRM-CP, or related.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, and e-learning tools.
- Strategic Thinker & Innovator: Passion for building high-impact training programs.
- Excellent Communicator & Influencer: Ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.

Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Culture, you’ll collaborate with leadership, managers, and employees to create a learning-driven environment that supports professional development and organizational success.
