Duties

• Plan and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Assist in bartending duties as needed, creating signature cocktails and beverages for guests.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and inventory management practices.
• Experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff effectively.
• Familiarity with various cuisines and the ability to create diverse menu options.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
