POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for developing short and long term sales strategies within the stamping industry
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop sales goals and strategies
- Increase sales volume through direct sales effort
- Assist in the development of new sales for the company
- Set up new sales units
- Keep informed of competitors activities through review of information from the field or other sources
- Prepare reports and various documents to measure and advise on sales forecast
- Coordinate account activities of the Sales Account Engineer
- Direct the activities of the sales administration
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
- Resolve cost issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred four year Technical Degree
- Five years minimum direct sales experience
- Must have experience primarily selling production parts to Toyota Motor Company
SPECIAL SKILLS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong familiarity with metal stampings within the automotive industry
- Experience/familiarity with automotive manufacturers (Ford, GM, Toyota, Chrysler, etc)
- Computer literate

- Normal office environment
- Travel to plants and outside vendors
- Travel to customers and potential customers
