Responsibilities
- Build a strong relationship with the Midway Staffing team and client partner.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all new hire documentation is complete and first-day details are communicated effectively.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including colleges, social networks, and community boards.
- Recruit and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and recommend top talent for placement.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruiting reports.
- Facilitate pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Represent Midway Staffing at job fairs, community events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Assist with payroll processing and timecard approvals.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the branch.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous recruiting, on-site, or staffing experience (preferred).
- Flexibility and ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
