Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and people-focused Regional Manager in the Chicagoland area, supporting the Berwyn, Burbank, and Des Plaines branches. This role will oversee and lead operations across multiple branch locations within the light industrial staffing sector. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving regional growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and fostering high-performing teams. The Regional Manager will play a critical role in executing company strategy, optimizing operational performance, and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while also growing new client relationships.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic leader with a deep understanding of staffing operations, proven experience in account management, and a passion for developing talent, enhancing processes, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of multiple branch offices across the assigned region, ensuring consistency in service delivery and adherence to company standards.

Provide strategic leadership to Branch Managers and their teams to drive performance in recruitment, client retention, and candidate placement.

Lead regional account management efforts, serving as a key point of contact for high-value clients; ensure client satisfaction, service quality, and timely resolution of issues.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and service expansion.

Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to ensure alignment on expectations, service delivery, and performance metrics.

Monitor and analyze regional performance KPIs including gross margin, fill rates, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Develop and execute regional strategies for talent acquisition, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and industry regulations.

Partner with internal departments (e.g., HR, safety, compliance, payroll) to support smooth operational processes.

Conduct regular site visits to branch offices and client locations to reinforce service standards and strengthen client relationships.

Manage regional budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

5–7 years of staffing industry experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or regional leadership role.

Proven experience in account management and client relationship development, ideally within light industrial or high-volume staffing environments

Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of employment regulations (OSHA, EEO, FMLA, wage & hour laws)

Proficient in ATS/CRM systems, workforce management tools, and Google Suite/ Microsoft Office Suite

Bilingual preferred

Willingness and ability to travel regionally (up to 50%)
