Join Our Team at Midway Staffing! We're Hiring 3rd Shift Assembly Leads in Pingree Grove!
Are you ready to lead a team and make an impact in manufacturing? Midway Staffing is seeking hands-on leaders to join us as Assembly Leads on 3rd shift in Pingree Grove. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for assembly and production leadership.
Location : Pingree Grove, IL
Schedule : 3rd Shift (10 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM) training will be on 1st Shift (7 : 00 AM -3 : 30 PM)
Pay rate : $16.50-$18 BOE
Duties :
- Actively work alongside the team to meet production goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to assembly line associates.
- Ensure quality standards are met during production.
- Assist with equipment setup and troubleshooting as needed.
