Location: Franklin, OH
Schedule:
*
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
*
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
*
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
*
Must be able to train on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay rate: $19.00
Duties:
1.
Safely operate and monitor machinery, including mills, mixers, and canning equipment.
2.
Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
3.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.
5.
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
6.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7.
Work efficiently with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements:
1.
Basic knowledge of reading, writing, and arithmetic for documentation and communication.
2.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
3.
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
5. Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
6. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
