Shipping Coordinator

Location : Kenosha WI
Schedule : 7am-3 : 30pm
Pay rate : $23-$28 based on experience
Duties :
- Gather and manage shipment information (weights, dimensions, packaging, classifications, delivery dates, etc.)
- Schedule freight pickups and coordinate with carriers to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Manage freight quotes and confirm costs with internal and external customers
- Generate and distribute ASNs, invoices, labels, BOLs, and compliance documents
- Lead freight claim resolutions and proactively communicate with customers and freight forwarders
- Maintain accurate shipment data, including documentation and pre-shipment photographs
- Assist with packaging, loading, and unloading as needed
- Process quotes, purchase orders, and customer requests
- Provide technical support and resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure compliance with ISO and quality standards while contributing to process improvements
