Midway Staffing is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to be a vital part of our growing team! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with branch personnel and client partners to enhance recruiting efficiency, oversee daily operations, and ensure a seamless workforce experience. Monday to Friday, 11 AM - 7 : 30 PM
23.50 / hr Monthly bonus & Overtime

What You’ll Do :
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Midway Staffing team and client partners.
Oversee the onboarding process—ensuring new hires are set up for success.
Recruit and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and recommend top talent.
Manage pre-employment screenings, background checks, and reference verifications.
Assist with payroll processing and timecard approvals.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Staffing, on-site management, or recruiting experience (required)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
