Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to negotiate and collect overdue payments.
- Provide an outstanding experience to our customers.
- Analyze account statuses and financial data to develop effective collection strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely updates to management.
- Continuously learn about industry standards, legal compliance, and collection techniques.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is highly advantageous; familiarity with collections processes is valued.
