- Documentation and Compliance: Process all client files at the completion of programs, including coordinating with external agencies to ensure all paperwork is accurately distributed.
- Operational Support: Perform standard means testing, manage incoming calls with utmost professionalism, and handle various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in data entry and office management software
- Excellent personal assistant skills with attention to detail
