Job Skills / Requirements
Midwest Alarm Services is currently seeking a qualified Healthcare Coordinator to join our new and growing Healthcare Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating technicians for life safety inspections and repairs to ensure the safety and protection of healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize schedules for life safety inspections and repairs across the Midwest for healthcare facilities, utilizing technicians from all branches within Midwest Alarm Services
- Track and coordinate deficiency repairs, ensuring quick response to keep healthcare facilities in compliance
- Manage inspection records
- Review inspection and service tickets for accuracy and process invoices
- Upload required documents to compliance portals for inspections and deficiencies
- Work along side a close-knit team to manage daily operations, field incoming service calls, and collaborate to improve processes
- Other duties as assigned and as the department needs adjust
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail is a MUST
- Experience in fire protection is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
