What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trainer position at Midwest Bus Sales Inc?
Responsibility Profile:
Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
Track and compile collected data.
Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
Communicate training needs and online resources.
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
Test and review created materials.
Maintain a database of all training materials.
Instruct employee training and onboarding.
Conduct training through new materials.
Review employee performance and learning.
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
- Training Matrix for all locations
- Training status for labor rate increases all locations
- Recall list updates for all locations
- Proceed e learning logins and training all employees
- TBB learning center logins all employees (all customers including EV drivers, Tracking HV1 completion for district, manage logins password resets)
- Software subscriptions all DS locations
- Uptime Pro training all locations using program
- Technician support all locations (Colorado more than any other, lift and EV training Illinois and professional certifications for Arkansas) 35%
- Customer support (Mostly Kansas/ Missouri/Colorado) 20%
- EV support (almost daily for Colorado and Illinois technicians occasionally Gene Oklahoma) 25%
- Kansas building Maintenance
- DS technician support all locations 10%
- Kansas Missouri Customer training
- Assist in Kansas service tasks
- CO and MO state show training events
- Only Company HV3 Technician Trainer
Qualifications
One (1) year of working experience.
High school diploma.
