Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about programs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate student eligibility and fit for programs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract potential students.
- Collaborate with academic advisors to ensure a smooth transition for new students into their programs.
- Organize and participate in outreach events to promote vocational training opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data for reporting purposes.
- Provide support and resources to students throughout the admissions process.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the institution at various events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably within vocational training or higher education.
- Strong knowledge of academic advising principles and practices.

- Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is a plus.
- Experience in recruiting or admissions processes is beneficial but not required.
