Responsibilities
The position offered is with Midwest D-Vision Solutions and will have the following responsibilities typical of a compliance / office administrator :
- Track and assist in executing contracts for the construction projects.
- Monitor and ensure company is in compliance with all general contractors requirements.
- Submit and file all contract supporting documents such as certificates of insurance, exhibits and other supporting documentation.
- File the preliminary notices in the Utah Construction Registry.
- Assist in preparing progress and final supplier lien releases.
- Prepare and submit contractors close out documents.
- Support and perform other administrative duties.
- Answer the phones, greeting callers and office visitors.
- Maintain the stock of office supplies.
- All other aspects deemed to the role of office administrator.
Qualifications
We require a minimum of 2-4 years of administrative experience. 1-2 years of experience within the Contracting and Construction industry, or related industries, a major benefit but not required. Experience with construction-based ERP software systems will be advantageous. Excellent written and oral communication skills will be required.
