We have an immediate opening for a Estimator located at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility in Division 8 Glass and Glazing.
Our considerable growth and future expansion plans require us to hire the most capable, ambitious, and career-minded individuals possible.
We are looking for someone that has experience in the glazing project management or estimating.
Responsibilities
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written forms.
- Must be able to work in a team
- Must be able to be self-motivated
- Communicate with external vendors to maximize project profitability
- Plan and specification review
- Project-specific quantity take-offs
- Build strategic and sustainable relationships with our clients
Qualifications
Experience with storefront and curtain wall systems is a must.
Past experience with construction-based accounting software systems will be advantageous.
We regard a Construction Management degree highly, but it is not a requirement.
An ability and eagerness to interface directly with clients and help us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace is critical.
