Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Also part of the position would include filming content while detailing and taking phone calls from customers and scheduling. You would also work as our Brand Representative representing us at trade shows and events.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding promptly to audience inquiries and comments.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Perform thorough research to stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and collaboration opportunities.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media campaigns, showcasing products or events effectively.
- Analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media marketing techniques and tools such as Hootsuite.
- Strong skills in research, relationship management, proofreading, photography, and web analytics.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred for content creation purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
