Service Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Operations Manager with a strong background in the residential window and door business. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating the daily service schedule blended with job specific installation work required to meet the needs of higher end builders. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate with a strong background and commitment to the position.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the service department, scheduling daily service runs and coordinating and scheduling service install assists.
• Responsible for working with our suppliers and placing all service material orders
• Follow up on all service work performed and maintain work and billing flow paperwork
• Manage two service consultants and 5 service technicians.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing feedback and opportunities for professional development.



Requirements

• Must have a strong background in the residential and light commercial window and door business.
• Must have a strong background in construction techniques and problem-solving solutions.
• Computer literate and familiar with industry quote tools and order procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a collaborative work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

• window and door: 10 years (Required)
• directly dealing with manufacturers: 3 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Novi, MI 48375: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Preferred)
