About the Role:
As a Lead Finisher, you’ll oversee and guide our drywall projects, ensuring top-notch quality and seamless execution. Your expertise in drywall finishing and problem-solving will drive our projects to success. If you're ready to tackle any drywall challenge and inspire a team, this role is perfect for you.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 6 years of specialized drywall finishing experience, with proficiency in all texture levels.
- Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with ease.
- Leadership: Strong track record of supervising and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and efficient at resolving drywall-related issues.
- Local Travel: Willingness to travel throughout San Diego County. A company vehicle may be provided early in the role!
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.

Full-Time Stability:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
- Wage: $36 per hour, depending on experience
