O H -7 03 41 16 5L Member Service Representative Midwest Electric is a member-owned electric distribution cooperative providing electricity to 11,000 homes and businesses in 7 counties in west central Ohio. We are recognized nationwide as a leader among America s 900 electric cooperatives and play a vital role in the communities we serve. We are seeking a Member Service Representative to assist members with their electric accounts in person, via phone, or electronically, so strong, courteous, and respectful verbal and written communication skills are needed. Attention to detail and the ability to multi -task are also desired, as the position generates billing, analyzes reports, schedules service work, safely dispatches our linemen, and posts payments. This person must be a team player and a great problem solver to accomplish daily tasks and have the desire to embrace change and adapt to new technology.
