MIDWEST Switchgear Group proudly supplies electrical equipment.
We are looking for a part-time Sales and Inventory Support associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Aid our sales people quote and complete sales
- Create proposals
- Create Purchase Orders
- Source equipment
- Data entry and data retrieval
- Administrative tasks, filing etc.
- Support sales staff by completing and processing orders
- Inventory management requiring light warehouse work
- Adding inventory, removing inventory for database
- Organizing inventory in warehouse
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
- Be strongly skilled in data entry, customer service including basic math and reporting skills
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
- Ability to lift 20lbs
- Comfortable lifting, organizing, maintaining inventory in a light industrial environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
