Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional background, experience in compliance and possess excellent communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring that all licensing activities comply with local and state regulations and organizational standards. Previous knowledge of state and local regulations related to the video gaming industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Obtaining and maintaining all appropriate licensure as applicable and coordinating the reconciliation of any issues and or problems
- Coordinating and submitting all applicable documents necessary for obtaining licenses
- Monitoring and report on local and state rules and regulations
- Maintain current and extensive knowledge of the laws and regulatory guidelines governing Terminal Operators
- Coordinate communication between key parties involved in various processes with licensing, e.g. customers, sales/account executives, regulators, government officials, service department, etc.
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the licensing program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
- Manage day-to-day operation of the program
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
- In-depth knowledge of Illinois Gaming Board rules, regulations, and laws.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proven ability to follow instructions and complete tasks correctly the first time.
- High level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong judgment, initiative, and ability to work in a confidential environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
