As a Business Systems Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for the data transmission between several key business systems that are critical to our operations. You will manage and monitor existing business data flows and work to improve the speed and performance of all our integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Ongoing Data Transmission
- Ensure integration data such as Customer Orders and Tracking Numbers are transmitted promptly and accurately through business systems
- Promptly address all issues with integration communications to ensure timely transmission of all data
- Responsible for daily monitoring of critical integrations including EDI/TrueCommerce, Celigo, Orderful, FarApp, NetSuite, and Others as deployed
- Create and improve alerts and quickly and effectively identify issues
- Communicate with team if there are business impacts stemming from transmission issues
Integration Advancement
- Lead the introduction of a new and modern integration tool to accelerate and improve data integrations
- Transition existing integration endpoints to new platform
- Coordinate with IT and Operations teams to ensure all key business requirements are accomplished with minimal impact
- Implement new EDI Partners and System Integrations efficiently and effectively
- Continually improve integrations as issues are discovered to ensure reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- An enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and flexible working environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the following is a plus: EDI, JSON, RESTful Web Services, Handlebars Templates, SQL
- Experience with any of the following platforms is a plus: NetSuite, Celigo, Orderful, TrueCommerce
