Construction Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will support various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the successful completion of each job. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed, including carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
