Position Overview
This is a full-time role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, which may occasionally require overtime. Required Skills and Responsibilities

Familiarity with both Android and Windows operating systems is also necessary. The role demands excellent customer service abilities, strong organizational practices, attention to detail, and the capacity to retain and apply information effectively. Responsibilities include dispatching technical personnel through company software, providing essential information to assist in job completion, creating service orders via phone and email, and maintaining process documentation.
