Job Description:
As a dedicated truck driver for Midwest Logistics Systems, you will have the opportunity to work with a professional team that values your safety and success. Our predictable daily home time schedule ensures that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
The route is dedicated, meaning you will drive the same out-and-back route every day, working with the same customers and hauling automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer day cabs. This consistency allows you to develop strong relationships with our customers and become an expert on our routes.

To qualify for this position, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and at least three months of Class A driving experience. You should also live within 30 miles of Lima, OH.
Additional benefits include the opportunity to earn up to $5,000 in sign-on bonuses for experienced drivers, as well as route and detention pay. Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter are also available, along with longevity bonuses of up to $750 per quarter. Weekly paychecks ensure that you receive your compensation on a regular basis.
