Job Description:

Midwest Maintenance is seeking a tech-savvy General Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our commercial janitorial services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong technical background who excels in leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency, business growth, and a strong culture of safety. The successful candidate will implement innovative solutions, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. o Lead Technology Integration: Implement and manage advanced technologies to improve operations, service delivery, and safety.

o Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and a safe work environment using technological advancements.

o Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial performance, and key metrics to align with financial and safety goals.

o Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client partnerships by leveraging technology and safety practices.

o Contract Compliance and Performance: Ensure adherence to contracts and legal agreements, using technology to monitor performance and safety.

o Team Leadership: Attract, develop, and supervise a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and core values.

Work Schedule:

This is a day shift position (8am-5pm 1 hour Lunch), requiring flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to support operational needs.

Background Requirements:

· Must pass a background check and drug screening.

· Valid driver’s license required, with a clean motor vehicle record.

Remote Work:

This position requires minimal travel to assigned locations, may require remote work to support designated area manager.
