What You’ll Do
- Keep It Clean: Mop, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.
- Attention to Detail: Disinfect high-touch areas, restock supplies, and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
- Be a Problem-Solver: Spot and report maintenance or safety concerns to keep the facility running smoothly.
- Collaborate: Follow hospital protocols and work with a supportive team to exceed cleanliness standards.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior custodial experience is a bonus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
- The ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching).
- A dependable, hardworking individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Proof of vaccination (including seasonal flu shots).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
