JOB Details

• $17.50/ Per hour DOE
• M-F, no weekends
• Assist Terminal with variety of needs
• Reviews and investigates overages, shortages, and damages to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned
• Work with customer service
• Assist Service Center Manager
• Help with Billing related issues

Job Requirements:

• 1 years customer service / clerical experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer skills - email, excel, word, etc
• Ability and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
