Feed Mill Operator

Midwest PMS LLC is seeking a Feedmill Operator for our Hereford, Texas location. As a Feedmill Operator, you will be trained in all aspects of the manufacturing process. You will work alongside a culturally diverse crew as you spend time working in all-production areas in the plant. Working in a Safe Feed/Safe Food certified facility, you will be involved in the Quality Control/Quality Assurance process. Duties will vary daily depending on changing business conditions. This is a key entry-level position to develop Feedmill Operators.

Hourly Range $19.00-$23.00 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Participate in delivering quality feed products to our customers

• Participate in daily safety meetings

• Perform daily production tasks

• Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager

• Able to work safely around equipment

• Attention to detail, ability to follow specific protocols and keep accurate records

• Problem solving ability

• Ability to climb ladders and stairs

• Able to easily adapt to changing conditions

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and be an essential part of the production team

• Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication

• Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment

• Requires frequent heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.

• Candidates must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

• Candidates must have valid documentation to be able to work in the U.S.
