What are the responsibilities and job description for the SECURITY DISTRICT MANAGER - INDIANAPOLIS position at Midwest Security Forces LLC?
Midwest Security Forces is looking for experienced applicants to fill an immediate District Manager position in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time position that requires open availability.
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
- Assess and project manpower needs
- Address service issues within your District
- Ensure weekly personnel scheduling by your account Supervisors
- Coordinate training of new hires with your account Supervisors
- Serve as a liaison between Client management and Corporate leadership
- Perform Security Officer and vehicle inspections
- Review and update the client Standard Operating Procedures as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Previous management and security experience required
- Must be customer service oriented
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Must have open availability
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving history
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- IN Firearms Permit
