Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $20 /hour (DOE)
Job Overview
A rapidly growing manufacturer of architectural metal products in Rogers, MN, is hiring a Fabrication Drafter to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and Inventor software, attention to detail, and strong time management skills. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate assembly and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor.
- Analyze customer-provided drawings for fabrication purposes.
- Review and verify the accuracy of drawings created by other team members.
- Maintain and complete project and time-tracking documentation.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the drafting department.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2015 and Inventor 2015 (or newer).
- Relevant training or certification in AutoCAD and Inventor.
- Experience in sheet metal or glass and glazing industries is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Must pass a pre-hiring background check.
