Inside Sales Representative Opportunity!
Are you a self-starter? Flexible and able to multi-task? Open to performing a variety of functions for the business? Do you have prior Inside Sales experience? Then we would love to hear from you!
The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for answering phones, taking sales calls, helping walk-in customer business, and taking orders. This role will also assist the estimating and outside sales teams with administrative tasks.
Summary of Duties:
- Ensures responsiveness to inquiries for sales quotes and orders.
- Performs timely and accurate order entry.
- Build customer relationships with existing walk-in business at the sales counter.
- Becomes and remains knowledgeable on changes and developments related to sales, company products, and markets to achieve accurate answers for customers.
- Responsible for timely follow-throughs and follow-ups with customer’s questions.
- Explain and demonstrate features of products.
- Upsells products to meet customer expectations.
- Support the Outside Sales and Estimating teams with printing plans and filing paperwork.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- One year of previous experience in customer service position
- Experience in customer service or sales role in related industry preferred
- Ability to consult with customer to meet their needs
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs
- Good organizational skills
- Good phone skills
