JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative support and assist in managing student records, enrollment, academic processes, and billing in a professional and friendly manner for:
- English-speaking Doctoral, CLD, MWI, Masters, and Undergraduate students OR
- Foreign Language Doctoral students
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- English Speaking
- Maintain, distribute, process, and report admissions, enrollments, academic records, and policy exceptions for current and prospective doctoral students.
- Maintain current billing and tuition processes associated with enrollments or changes to academic records for doctoral students.
- Coordinate and process all matters of Contextualized Leadership Development and Midwestern Women’s Institute enrollments.
- Manage matters related to Undergraduate and Masters enrollments.
- Communicate effectively with students and address their needs promptly.
- Assist in the storage and retrieval of Registrar and student documents, as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Registrar as needed in relation to the functions of the Registrar’s Office

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Including, however not limited to:
- Christian with high integrity, actively pursuing a relationship with God.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Bilingual in Asian languages (Korean, Mandarin) preferred.
- Knowledge in Registration, data processing, and higher education procedures
- Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Student Information Systems.
- The ability to read and comprehend all information regarding student records.
- Ability to stay focused on tasks assigned.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
- Able to multi-task, analyze workload, and prioritize as necessary for the benefit of the department.
- Able to take the initiative to complete the duties of the position without the need of direct supervision.
- Able to learn and utilize new skills and information to improve job performance and efficiency.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as a part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess a positive attitude.
- Able to show a desire and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to pass background screening, including driving record.
- Eligible to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently required to sit or stand for periods of time at a desk or computer station.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
